We are working on a new low cost solution for relocating the TSS sensor on 2018 and newer Tundras. This allows for the older TRD PRO or possibly other aftermarket grilles to be used by relocating the sensor from behind the emblem to a new location behind the grille. This is not really a new or incredibly novel idea. We started with a design readily available on Thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3061300 There are other companies making a similar product, however many are no longer available or are rather expensive for what this is.

We have taken the design from Thingiverse and optimized the design for more efficient structure, efficient 3D printing and more robust assembly. Our current offering consists of a 3 piece FDM 3D printed bracket in black ABS plastic, 100% fill, not hollow. It assembles with included black oxide stainless steel hardware. Our design uses a common cap screw, locknut and washer throughout for simple assembly. The 3D printed surface is admittedly not ideal, however by keeping everything black, its virtually impossible to notice it behind the grille.

Want to DIY it and print your own? No problem, as this design is so simple, and because we were heavily inspired by an open source solution, this product will be open source as well. Hardware specs can be found in the instruction sheet. Contact Adam (adam@ajtdesign-llc.com) if you would like the .stl files to 3D print yourself.
