Emblem Overlay Note:
Due to a recent cease and desist issued by Toyota we are no longer able to sell our emblem overlays that feature the Toyota logo. We now have new emblem overlays that do not feature a trademarked logo. AJT Design is not in any way sponsored by or affiliated with Toyota.
Shipping Policy
All domestic orders are shipped USPS. Shift knobs and battery clamps are shipped via 3 Day USPS Priority, while all else is shipped via 3-5 Day USPS First Class. Generally all non-back ordered items are shipped within 3 days upon receipt of order. Order confirmation, shipping notification and tracking are provided for all orders. All lost domestic shipments will be reshipped at no expense to the customer. However, a shipment will not be considered lost unless the tracking has not been updated for several days, there is an alert, and at least one week has passed since the ship date. US (domestic) shipping on all orders over $15 is free. Excludes BumperShellz products. We ship worldwide, see specific rates under the product listings/cart.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED USPS OR DHL. DHL IS THE RECOMMENDED OPTION FOR FAST, GUARANTEED, RELIABLE DELIVERY.
IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS COMPLETELY, ACCURATELY AND IN ENGLISH. LOST ORDERS WILL NOT BE RESENT IF LOSS IS DUE TO: INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, INACCURATE ADDRESS , OR ERRORS DUE TO TRANSLATING THE ADDRESS.
ALL TAXES AND DUTIES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.
NOTE THAT USPS SHIPPING HAS NO RELIABLE TRACKING ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES THE US. SHIPMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 4-6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE. THE CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS FOR USPS SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND CANADA ONCE THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED TO USPS.

Returns & Refunds
Please contact us if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason. If you have received an incorrect or defective item we will make it right. Incorrect item(s), defective item(s) or missing parts claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. If you have changed you mind on a purchase you may return it for a refund as long as the item is in "as new, unused" condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping on all orders unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product is defective. Any shipping fees are non refundable. Shift knobs and battery clamps are subject to a $10 restocking fee. Any order older than 6 months is subject to a 10% restocking fee. All non-exchange return shipments are subject to a $5 restocking fee, unless the part(s) were deemed defective or incorrect by AJT DESIGN.
No partial returns on Chrome Delete Kits.
Return Instructions:
Please include a note with your order number and exchange/refund request. Please retain the tracking number from your return shipment, exchanges or refunds will be provided only once the product has been received at our facility. AJT DESIGN is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged return shipments. Any shift knob or battery clamp is subject to a $10 restocking fee. Any shift knob or battery clamp must arrive in 100% as new condition or no refund will be issued. Any order older than 6 months is subject to a $10 restocking fee. All non-exchange return shipments are subject to a $5 restocking fee, unless the part(s) were deemed defective or incorrect by AJT DESIGN.
If you are looking to exchange, the item(s) must be of equal value. If the item(s) that you are returning are not of equal value you must request a refund and place a new order for the correct items.

Warranty
All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and breakage for a period of 1 year after the date of sale. The warranty does not cover: abuse, neglect, lost items or normal wear and tear. Please contact us if you believe your product has failed under warranty and we will evaluate your case.
Proper Selection
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure correct product selection. Every attempt to accurately describe the products and their applications has been made, however this can still be confusing to some. Please contact AJT DESIGN if you are not sure if the product will fit your application. AJT DESIGN will not cover return shipping for any products that were purchased for incorrect applications.
Future Products
AJT DESIGN always has plans for new products. New products and colors are decided largely based on customer requests. If you have something in mind, please let us know. We can't promise to do everything, but your input is welcome.
Custom Items
As much as we would like to, AJT DESIGN can not provide custom products at this time. This includes custom colors.
Inferno, Blazing Blue Pearl, Magnetic Grey Metallic
We can not mold in metallic colors such as Inferno, Blazing Blue Pearl, Magnetic Grey Metallic, etc. These parts would have to be painted by the customer to get a proper match
Red Panic Button
If you are ordering a Injection Fob case (IF001-IF015) and would like the panic button only to be red, you must purchase an additional button set. We do not sell buttons individually or in mixed sets.
All IF016 cases do include a red panic button.
Long vs. Short Shift Knob (Toyota)
We offer our shift knobs in both "Long" and "Short" versions to fit a wide range of applications. Note that both the long and short knobs will sit at the same height as installed. The long version will cover more of the chrome shaft for applications such as Tundra, FJ and 5th Gen 4Runner. The long version will not fit applications such as Tacoma or 4th Gen 4Runner.
