Please include a note with your order number and exchange/refund request.  Please retain the tracking number from your return shipment, exchanges or refunds will be provided only once the product has been received at our facility.  AJT DESIGN is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged return shipments.  Any shift knob or battery clamp is subject to a $10 restocking fee.  Any shift knob or battery clamp must arrive in 100% as new condition or no refund will be issued.  Any order older than 6 months is subject to a $10 restocking fee.

If you are looking to exchange, the item(s) must be of equal value.  If the item(s) that you are returning are not of equal value you must request a refund and place a new order for the correct items.
