Shipping Policy

Free shipping on all domestic orders over $25 (excludes BumperShellz).
Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day.

Shipping Method:

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground
Shift knobs & battery clamps: USPS Priority (3-Day) or UPS Ground
All other items: USPS First Class (3–5 Days)
Order tracking is provided for all shipments.
If a domestic package is lost (no tracking updates, alert present, and 7+ days since shipping), we’ll reship at no charge.

International Shipping:

Shipped via USPS or DHL (DHL recommended for speed and reliability).
USPS tracking may be unreliable after leaving the U.S. and shipments can take 4–6 weeks.
Customer assumes risk for USPS international shipments once they leave the U.S./Canada.
All duties/taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and written in English. Lost orders due to address issues cannot be resent.

IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENTER THE SHIPPING ADDRESS COMPLETELY, ACCURATELY AND IN ENGLISH.  LOST ORDERS WILL NOT BE RESENT IF LOSS IS DUE TO: INCOMPLETE ADDRESS, INACCURATE ADDRESS , OR ERRORS DUE TO TRANSLATING THE ADDRESS. 

 

ALL TAXES AND DUTIES IN THE DESTINATION COUNTRY ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. 

 

NOTE THAT USPS SHIPPING HAS NO RELIABLE TRACKING ONCE THE PACKAGE LEAVES THE US.  SHIPMENTS MAY TAKE UP TO 4-6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.  THE CUSTOMER WILL ASSUME ALL RISK OF LOSS FOR USPS SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE OF THE USA AND CANADA ONCE THE SHIPMENT IS DELIVERED TO USPS.
