For defective, incorrect, or missing items:

Changed your mind?

Returns accepted on items in as-new, unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer pays return shipping (unless it’s our error or deemed defective by AJT DESIGN). Exchanges or refunds will be provided only once the product has been received at our facility. AJT DESIGN is not responsible for lost, missing or damaged return shipments. For exchanges, the item(s) must be of equal value. If the item(s) that are being returned are not of equal value, a refund must be requested, place a new order for the correct items. All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

Restocking Fees:

All Non-exchange returns: $10 per order
Missing packaging: Additional $15
All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

BumperShellz Returns:

15% restocking fee
Must be returned within 30 days
Must be sent directly to the factory (RMA required) – contact: adam@ajtdesign-llc.com

Note: No partial returns on Chrome Delete Kits.
