Shipping Method:

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS.
Shift knobs & battery clamps: USPS Priority (3-Day)
All other items: USPS First Class (3–5 Days)
Order tracking is provided for all shipments.
If a domestic package is lost (no tracking updates, alert present, and 7+ days since shipping), we’ll reship at no charge.

International Shipping:

Shipped via USPS or DHL (DHL recommended for speed and reliability).
USPS tracking may be unreliable after leaving the U.S. and shipments can take 4–6 weeks.
Customer assumes risk for USPS international shipments once they leave the U.S./Canada.
All duties/taxes in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete, accurate, and written in English. Lost orders due to address issues cannot be resent.

For defective, incorrect, or missing items:

Contact us within 30 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.

Changed your mind?

Returns accepted on items in as-new, unused condition.
Customer pays return shipping (unless it’s our error or a defect).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees:

• Shift knobs & battery clamps: $10
• Non-exchange returns: $5
• Orders older than 6 months: 10%
• Missing packaging: Additional $5
• No returns accepted after 1 year

BumperShellz Returns:

• 15% restocking fee
• Must be returned within 30 days
• Must be sent directly to the factory (RMA required) – contact: adam@ajtdesign-llc.com

Note: No partial returns on Chrome Delete Kits.

🎨 Customization & Colors

We do not offer custom items or colors at this time.
Colors like Inferno, Blazing Blue Pearl, and Magnetic Grey Metallic must be painted by the customer for best results.

🔴 Red Panic Button Info

Ordering an Injection Fob (IF001–IF015)?
Want just the panic button in red? You’ll need to purchase an extra button set—we don’t offer mixed or individual buttons.
Note: All IF016 cases include a red panic button by default.

⚙️ Shift Knob Fitment

We offer both Long and Short shift knobs.
Both styles sit at the same installed height.
Long version: Covers more of the chrome shaft (ideal for Tundra, FJ, 5th Gen 4Runner).
Not compatible: Tacoma or 4th Gen 4Runner.
